Choose the Best Holiday Christmas Cards

It's Time to Pick Your Christmas Cards!

It's almost the end of November which means that it's time to start thinking seriously about which Christmas cards you're going to send. I know, it's hard to think about Christmas things until at least the beginning of December, but in order for the cards to arrive on time, they really need to be sent out soon.

Choosing the right cards can be a fun task - it can also be frustrating. I find it easier to buy cards for people I don't know that well, but I always agonize over the cards I get for the people whom I am closest to. So, I thought I'd offer up some tips and suggestions to help make the process a lot smoother.

Sending Christmas Cards is a Great Tradition

Best Tips for Choosing Christmas Cards

When I set out to find the best christmas cards all I really want is to like them. As I get older, I find that I prefer cards with a pretty design that is blank inside so that I can write my own messages. Mostly, I use the cards as a way to keep in touch with people.

I appreciate any cards that people bother to send to me, though! Here are my tips:

  • Choose a good design. I find that if I am not excited about the design, I drag my feet getting them finished and then they all arrive after Christmas!
  • Christian cards or not? I personally love sending Christian Christmas cards because it reminds them of what the holiday is really about.
  • Finding good deals. How many people are you sending cards too? If it's a lot, you will probably want to find a good deal. Boxes of cards usually present the best value for your money. If you just have a few people to send cards too, go ahead and find them individual ones.
